Brad Carlson is a Senior Associate based in the real estate investment sales firm’s Massachusetts office. Brad focuses on the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Dedicated to building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, since starting with the firm in February of 2019, Brad and his team have closed over $76 million in sales and 23 transactions. Brad won the CoStar Q2 2021 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award and Connect Media’s 2022 Top Broker Award.
In his prior role as a Finance Manager where he oversaw 20+ employees, Brad developed the solid negotiation and transaction management skills he brings to each deal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from Endicott College.
Outside of the office, Brad enjoys volunteering his time for the MSPCC as well as playing sports, weight training, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
