Brad Balletto co-founded Northeast Private Client Group® in 2010 and serves as the company’s Managing Director of Investments. He is based in the real estate investment sales firm’s Connecticut office and sells real estate in the northeast and nationally. He is the leader of the Metro North Team. He has closed over $1 billion in sales and over 200 transactions.
Brad has won the CoStar Power Broker award in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021. He also received the 2021 Connect Media Annual Top Broker Award. Brad also won the CoStar Q2 2022 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics from Southern Connecticut State University.
Outside of the office, you can find Brad hiking, paddle boarding, and traveling.
