Kelly Bretan serves as the Operations Coordinator at the Northeast Private Client Group® and is based in the real estate investment firm’s Connecticut office.
Her responsibilities include maintaining listings and associated transactions, reporting, client invoicing, and keeping the agent real estate licensing files current. Other duties include the management and processing of legal forms, agreements, and client letters.
Kelly holds a MA in Community Psychology from Sage Graduate School, Albany, NY, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Buffalo. Her work background was primarily focused on the managed health care business, managing multiple units responsible for all incoming and outgoing communication with a variety of customer types. As part of a senior leadership team, she had extensive experience overseeing and implementing company projects centered on growing the business and updating technology.
