Congratulations to Bradley Balletto, Managing Director, Investments, who has won the CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Sales Broker in the Westchester/ Southern CT region. He has received this award for the seventh time.
Bradley was also recognized for the Q4 2023 Top Sales Deal for the sale of Toll Gate Estates, a 107-unit multifamily property in Groton, Connecticut.
