Devin serves as an associate at Northeast Private Client Group® in the real estate firm’s Newton office. In his role, he assists the senior associates with new business development, property underwriting, market research, and transactional support.
Devin attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, with minors in Business and Political Science.
Before joining the firm, Devin developed experience across real estate investment, financial modeling, market research, and property operations. Through his own real estate investment business, he sourced and underwrote acquisitions, managed renovation projects, and oversaw leasing, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and capital improvement planning. His previous experience also includes equity research, economic analysis, real estate education, and financial modeling for emerging businesses.
Devin’s background as both an investor and analyst provides him with a practical understanding of property operations, value creation, and the financial considerations that influence commercial real estate investment decisions.
