Rich Edwards Jr. joined Northeast Private Client Group® in 2015 and is based in the real estate investment sales firm’s Connecticut office. He is a Senior Associate on the Metro North Team and holds real estate licenses in both Connecticut and New York. Rich’s responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, advising clients on market conditions & underwriting, and facilitating the overall investment sales process from start to finish. Rich and his team have sold over $475 million in commercial real estate and over 110 transactions.
Rich graduated from Salve Regina University where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and was captain of his college football team.
Outside of the office, Rich enjoys golfing, weight training, and hiking with his three dogs.
