CoStar Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed each quarter, based on price and square footage in each submarket.
Winner Brad Balletto was recognized in the Lexington/Fayette submarket list of winners. He represented the seller and procured the buyer for Pegasus Place Apartments, a 312-unit apartment complex in Lexington, KY.
Winner Taylor Perun was recognized in the Hartford submarket list of winners. He represented the seller and procured the buyer in the trade of the South and West End Apartments, a (7)-building, 182-unit portfolio located in Hartford, CT. As part of Taylor’s team, Alex Burr also participated in this transaction.
Winners Brad Balletto and Taylor Perun were recognized in the Hartford submarket list of winners. They represented the seller and procured the buyer for SilverBrick Place, an 80-unit apartment complex in East Hartford, CT.
