Shelton, CT (June 13, 2023)– Northeast Private Client Group® takes special pride in announcing Brad Balletto, Senior Vice President, earned CoStar PowerBroker Q1 2023 Quarterly Deals Awards for two of the top ten sales transactions in the Westchester/So. Connecticut submarket.
Rhodium Portfolio, a 13-building multifamily portfolio comprising 437 units in Bridgeport, Connecticut, was the first of the two deals. Brad Balletto represented the seller and procured the buyer for a sales price of $39,637,500. This transaction took place in February 2023.
CoStar also awarded Balletto for his facilitation of Sherwood Square & Avon Apartments, a multifamily property in Stratford, Connecticut. Brad Balletto again represented the seller and procured the buyer for this 129-unit property. The sale closed in March 2023 for $23,000,000.
