Shelton, CT – (February 10, 2022) – Northeast Private Client Group® would like to announce the promotion of Brad Balletto to Senior Vice President, Investments. Brad is based in the real estate investment sales firm’s Connecticut office. He is the leader of the Metro-North Investment Sales Team which is comprised of two senior associates, one investment associate, one associate, and one graphic designer. He also manages the Southeast Investment Sales Team which is comprised of one associate.
Brad has been with the company since it opened its doors in 2011 and has had a fantastic career. Since 2017 alone, Brad has completed 284 transactions totaling $1.2 billion in sales. Brad mainly focuses his sales in Connecticut but has closed deals in South Dakota, Georgia, Tennessee, and other states.
