The approved development will include 38 dwelling units consisting of seven (7) studios, 20 one-bedroom & 11 two-bedroom floor plans, with five (5) parking spaces. The basement level will contain 38 storage units. This multifamily development building is an example of the continued expansion in the Boston North region.
