Associate Anthony Rakaskas along with Vice President, Investments Francis Saenz and Associate Tom Egbers represented the seller, a local owneroffloading their sole asset, and procured the buyer, a Rhode I based owner and operator looking to expand his portfolio into Southeastern MA.
Sedell Plaza is a three-building mixed-use property sitting on 5.69 acres. The largest building on the property is a 15,000 SF single tenant retail building; the tenant also occupies an adjacent 1,600 SF office building. Secluded in the rear of the lot sits a 2,000 SF two-bedroom one-bathroom single family home. All three buildings have seen recent upgrades in their HVAC systems.
