Rich Edwards joined Northeast Private Client Group® in 2015 and is based in the real estate investment sales firm’s Connecticut office. He is a Vice President, Investments on the Metro North Team and holds his real estate licenses in Connecticut. Rich’s responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, advising clients on market conditions & underwriting, and facilitating the overall investment sales process from start to finish. Rich and his team have sold over $475 million in commercial real estate and over 110 transactions.
